LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Winchester City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the West Meon Hut at West Meon, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU32 1JX. The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the external area of the premises, as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To remove condition restricting access by children. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9LJ. Interested parties or responsible Authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 24 April 2012 (www.winchester.gov.uk). It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.00.
