ORDER 1995 APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Proposed replacement dwelling at Roegate House, Gardener’s Lane, East Wellow, Hampshire. We hereby give notice that Rymill Property Developments Ltd is applying to Test Valley Borough Council to replace an existing planning permission (09/00296/FULLS) to demolish the existing dwelling and erect a replacement dwelling with associated garaging, stables and parking, any owner of the land or tenant who seeks to make a representation about this application should write to the councyil at the council offices at Dutton’s Road, Romsey, S051 8XG by 12th April 2012.
