Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for: Application for a Lawful Development Certificate - Importation, processing, storage and distribution and use of materials, including soil screening, concrete crushing and cement production Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application at Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ during office hours until 13 April 2012, or on the Planning and Development website at http://www.hants.gov.uk/planning-development Please note that this application is for a Certificate of Lawful Use. This issue of a certificate depends entirely on factual evidence about the history and planning status of the building or land and the interpretation of any relevant planning law or judicial authority. The planning merits of the use, operation or activity in the application are not relevant.
