The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:- 12/00269/FULLS Erection of steel frame storage barn for construction materials - D J T Restoration Ltd Old Timbers East Dean Road Lockerley 12/00544/VARS Removal of condition no. 1 in relation to the operating times of the air condtioning units housed within enclosure A from planning permission 11/02735/FULLS which was for installation of three external plant enclosures with tiled roofs to house a total of 13 air conditioning units - The Hay Barn Hoe Lane Ashfield Romsey 12/00547/FULLS Retrospective application for installation of 1 no. external plant enclosure to house a total of 3 no. air conditioning units - The Hay Barn Hoe Lane Ashfield Romsey 12/00568/FULLS New entrance at front (modification to planning permission 10/00616/FULLS, erection of rear extension to form new living room, internal modifications to existing dwelling - The Old Stables Love Lane Romsey 12/00572/FULLS Construction of single storey front extension to form a single garage and log store. conversion of existing double garage to playroom with creation of guest room at first floor level and installation of south facing dormer window - amended scheme to planning permission 11/0223/FULLS to include reconstructed porch and change to fenestration design - Bryndle Wood,Braishfield Road,Braishfield The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 6th April 2012. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.
