NOTICE OF VARIATION

Notice is hereby given under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers that Test Valley Borough Council propose to vary the amount of the tariffs under The Borough Council of Test Valley (Off Street Parking Places, Andover And Romsey)(Consolidation and Amendment) Order 2008 (“the Order”) in connection with the use of its off-street parking places in Andover and Romsey Hampshire.
The effect of the proposed variation is to vary some of the tariffs for parking in respect of the parking places identified in Appendix 1 below from the amounts shown in the third column of Appendix 2 below to the amounts shown in the fourth column of Appendix 2.
This variation shall come into force on 01 April 2012
