The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts:- 11/01922/FULLS Conversion back to two dwellings as previous including internal alterations - 47/49 Middlebridge Street Romsey 12/00310/FULLS Provision of a garden shed with provision of PV solar panels on roof for domestic use and FIt to national grid - The Red Cottage Paynes Hay Road Braishfield 12/00360/LBWS Demolition of north west porch and vestibule. Construction of 1 and half storey extension adjoining and matching existing kitchen wing with glazed verandah supported on decorative wrought steel frame. Introduction of south facing dormer at first floor. Introduction of access through east wall of existing house. Alteration existing rectangular window lighting staircase to circular form - Wellow Park Ryedown Lane East Wellow 12/00367/EXTS Renewal for redevelopment of the site with an additional office building - The Mill Yard Nursling Street Nursling 12/00395/FULLS Proposed construction of new approach roads to Weston Lane (in connection with the proposed construction of a new overbridge on the RTJ Railway Line) and & minor associated works to existing approach roads to Weston Lane (in connection with the proposed demolition of Belvers Overbridge) - Weston Lane Nursling The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 16th March 2012. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.
