APPLICATION TO REGISTER LAND AS TOWN OR VILLAGE GREEN AT BUSHFIELD,WINCHESTER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC INQUIRY
Application has been made to Hampshire County Council to register land known as Bushfield, in Winchester, Hampshire as a town or village green. Objections have been received to this application and a non-statutory Public Inquiry is being held.
The inquiry will take place in the Council Chamber, Castle Hill Offices, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ on Monday 19th March 2012 at 10.00am and on further dates to be arranged (if required).
The inquiry on the 19th March is to hear evidence for and against the application, and to undertake a site visit.
