TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) ORDER 1995
(as amended by The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (England) Order 2010)

NOTICE OF MAKING OF A DIRECTION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 4 (1) IN RESPECT OF LAND TO THE EAST OF COVE COPSE FARM, PENN COMMON, BRAMSHAW. HAMPSHIRE.
TAKE NOTICE that the above mentioned Direction was made pursuant to article 4 (1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended) by the New Forest National Park Authority, being the appropriate local planning authority on 9 February 2012.
The Direction will come into force on 15 February 2012. The effect of the Direction will be to withdraw permitted development rights pursuant to Class B of Part 4 of Schedule 2 of the aforementioned Order (the use of land for any purpose for not more than 28 days in total in any calendar year, of which not more than 14 days in total may be for the holding of a market or motor car and motorcycle racing including trials of speed and practising for these activities, and the provision on land of any moveable structure for the purpose of the use) unless specific planning permission is subsequently granted by the appropriate local planning authority to permit development of that Class.
A copy of the Direction and accompanying Plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of the New Forest National Park Authority, Town Hall, Avenue Road, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 9ZG between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Any representations about the Direction should be made no later than 9 March 2012, addressed to the Enforcement Manager, New Forest National Park Authority, Town Hall, Avenue Road, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 9ZG or via the internet to dev.control@newforestnpa.gov.uk, quoting “Article 4 Direction-Penn Common Road-Class B, Part 4”.
In deciding whether to confirm the Direction, the New Forest National Park Authority shall take into account any representations received no later than 9 March 2012.
