Section 27, Trustee Act, 1925
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to S.27 of the Trustee Act, 1925, that: any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of MURIEL GRACE NOYCE of Romsey Hampshire who died on 29th December 2011 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to: FOOTNER & EWING, 50 The Hundred, Romsey, Hampshire (ref: JDT) the Solicitors acting for the executor before 10th April 2012 after which date the estate of the deceased will be distributed by the executor among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
