TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
PART OF TUTTS LANE, WEST WELLOW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 that The Borough Council of Test Valley as agent for Hampshire County Council (being the Traffic Authority) proposes to make an Order to allow access for pole replacement works, as follows:
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: That length of Tutts Lane, West Wellow for a distance approximately 50 metres either side of the River Blackwater
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: From the southern point of the closure south on Tutts Lane to its junction with Groves Down. East on Groves Down and Romsey Road to its junction with Whinwhistle Road. North on Whinwhistle Road, Woodington Road and Tanners Lane to its junction with A27 Salisbury Road. West on A27 Salisbury Road to its junction with Mill Lane. South on Mill Lane, Steplake Road, Scallows Lane and Tutts Lane to the northern point of the closure and vice versa
PERIOD OF ORDER: From Wednesday 15th February 2012 for a period of 3 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner
