CHARITY: Romsey Public Walk and Pleasure Ground (3981850)
The Test Valley Borough Council proposes to grant an easement over the charity's land.
In addition, the Council is granting an easement over its own land adjacent to the charity's land and proposes to prepare a scheme for the enhancement of both areas land.
