Notice is hereby given that Raymond Edward Osborne of Bridgman House, Sun Street, Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 1EL has applied to the judge at Winchester Combined Court for a bailiffs certificate.
Any person who knows of a reason why Raymond Edward Osborne is not a fit and proper person to be granted a certificate should contact the Court Manager at Winchester County Court, Winchester Combined Court, The Law Courts, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9EL before the hearing date of the 16/02/2012.
