NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Winchester City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 Applicant: Blissfields Ltd Address of Premises: Vicarage Farm, Woodmancott, Winchester SO21 3BL Proposed Licensable Activities: Live Music, Dancing, Recorded Music, Sale of Alcohol, Cinema Late Night Refreshments Proposed Days of Opening: One period from Thursday – Sunday during the summer on an annual basis to start Thursday 28th June 2012 Proposed Opening Hours: Thursday 16:00 - Sunday 06:00. To include one or more of the licensable activities detailed above during the hours of 16:00 Thursday - 04:00 Friday, 12:00 Friday - 06:00 Saturday & 11:00 Saturday - 06:00 Sunday
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
