CHARITIES ACT 1993, SECTION 36(6)(b)(i)
Pursuant to Section 36(6)(b)(i) of the Charities Act 1993:
(i) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Hampshire County Council, (‘the Council’), of the proposed sale by the Council, in its capacity as Trustee of the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens, of certain land and buildings called Brentry House and Bungalow, The Sir Harold Hillier Gardens and Arboretum, Jermyns Lane, Ampfield, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 0QA
(ii) Representations (preferably in writing) are hereby invited by the Council from the public in respect of the proposed sale referred to above.
(iii) Any such representations as referred to above must either be delivered by hand, or sent by post, addressed to Helen Jex BSc (Hons.) MRICS, Hampshire County Council - Property Services, Three Minsters House, 76 High St, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 8UL, so as to arrive no later than at 5.00 pm on Tuesday 7th February 2012 or made by telephone using 01962 845089 no later than at 5.00 pm on Tuesday 7th February 2012.
Representations not made, or addressed, to the person named above will not be considered
(iv) A plan showing Brentry House and Bungalow edged in red is available for examination (free of charge) at the address in (iii) above between the hours of 9.30 – 4.30 Monday – Friday. The plan is illustrative only and not definitive and so is subject to amendment
