The Council has received the applications listed below which require advertising under one of the above Acts
11/02695/FULLS– Extension to existing equipment store - Ampfield Par Three Golf Club, Winchester Road,Ampfield, Romsey
11/02702/FULLS - Manager's dwelling with an equestrian tie incorporating a hospitality suite and guest accommodation together with stabling and garaging - Amendments to design of manager's dwelling (approved under application reference 09/01233/FULLS) to include the construction of basement and insertion of 4 no dormers in roof - Trickledown Stud, Hyde Farm, Horsebridge Road, Broughton.
The applications are available for public inspection at Council Offices, Duttons Road, Romsey, SO51 8XG and on our website www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning Any comments about an application should be received by the Council by 06.01.2012. Any comments received will be available for both inspection and copying.
In the event of an appeal against the refusal of planning permission in relation to a householder application, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage
