Premises Licence
We, Grand Cru Direct Limited, hereby give notice that We have applied on 20 October 2011 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as:
The Garage located at 3 Christchurch Gardens, St. Cross, Winchester, Hants, SO23 9TH
The effect application is for: Sale of Alcohol
A premises licence for the sale of alcohol to telephone/internet order customers for consumption off site. The premises will only be used for the storage of alcohol pending delivery. There will be no public access to, or consumption of alcohol on, the premises.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 18 November 2011; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. A Register of Applications can be inspected at the City Offices during the normal opening hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000.
