VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE - GREENE KING RETAILING LTD

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Retailing Ltd has applied to Winchester City Council on 21st October 2011 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at: - The County Arms Inn, 85 Romsey Road, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 5DL. To vary the premises licence as follows: Provision of Regulated Entertainment including; Live Music / Recorded Music / Anything of a Similar Description / Provision of Entertainment Facilities including Dancing / Sale by Retail of Alcohol: Sun-Sat 10:00 - 00:00. Late Night Refreshment: Sun-Sat 23:00 - 00:00. Hours open to the Public: Sun-Sat 10:00 to 00:40. To amend/remove conditions. For full and further details please view the licensing application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 20th November 2011 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Department, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Department, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ, licensing@winchestser.gov.uk, during normal office hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine is £5000.
