PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Winchester City Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 22nd September 2011. Applicant: Shell UK Oil Products Ltd. Address of premises: Shell Sutton Scotney South, A34 Winchester By Pass Southbound, Sutton Scotney, Winchester, Hampshire SO21 3JY. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off the Premises. Provision of Late Night Refreshment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Day - Alcohol Sales 06.00 to 23.00. Provision Of Late Night Refreshment 23.00 To 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: *Winchester City Council, Licensing, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice – by the 20th October 2011. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
