Premises Licence Certificate
I, Terry Michael Tarrant, hereby give notice that I have applied on 9th September, 2011, to Winchester City Council for a premises licence. Premises name, Going For An English, Unit 3, Weeke Gate, Stockbridge Rd. Winchester, SO22 6EL
The application is for sale of alcohol.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 08/10/2011; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the council website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
