NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR

17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Applicant: Southern Co-operatives Ltd. Premises: Southern Co-operative Ltd Co-op (formerly New Queens Head), Stanmore Lane, Winchester, SO22 4AJ. The application is: to permit the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 0800 to 2300. Full details of which can be inspected on the application.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding this application can be made to Winchester City Council City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9LJ website: www.winchester.gov.uk. This must be received in writing by 20 September 2011 clearly stating the grounds upon which representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
