Tender for Housing Support and
Social Care Provision in Extra Care
Housing Schemes at Newman Court,
Basingstoke Hampshire
Hampshire County Council requires delivery of Housing Support and Social Care Services at Newman Court, Basingstoke.
The Services will be required on site 24 hours a day and must be designed to respond flexibly to people’s assessed needs whilst enabling them to retain their independence and their “own front door”.
The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for a period or periods not exceeding two years in total. The contract value will be around £643,003.50 for three years. If the option to extend for 2 years is exercised the total contract value will be around £1,071,672.53. Anticipated contract commencement will be 1st February 2012.
