Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 25 Colley Close, Abbots Barton, Winchester, Hampshire who died on 20th May 2011, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Executor, c/o Southern Echo, Box No 9010, Daily Echo, Newspaper House, Test Lane, Redbridge, Southampton SO16 9JX, on or before Wednesday 19th October 2011 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only for claims for which the Executor has had notice.
