Tender for the Supply of Print &
Ancillary Services – ref: HS/2016
Hampshire County Council will be inviting tenders for a contract to Supply Print & Ancillary Services. Tenders will be invited for a 4 year contract commencing on 1st February, 2012.
The Council will adopt a restricted procedure when selecting tenderers, requiring companies to demonstrate a sound financial position, appropriate health & safety and trade references.
This tender exercise is being advertised in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) in accordance with EU Directive 2004/18/EC. The resultant contract will be made available to other public bodies within Hampshire and the Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE).
Companies interested in tendering for this contract will be required to complete a detailed pre-tender business questionnaire. The Pre-Tender Questionnaire may be obtained through the e-tendering system by going to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire.
Applications must be received by no later than Friday 9th September 2011.
