Tender for the delivery of a museum outreach programme across Hampshire and Isle of Wight
Hampshire County Council Arts and Museums Service, on behalf of the Hampshire-Solent Alliance are inviting tenders for the delivery of a museum/archive based outreach programme across the area.
The outreach programme will use the collections held by the seven partners within the Hampshire-Solent Alliance to reach new audiences and pilot new methods of engagement.
A digital resource is being developed in tandem to showcase objects from these collections. It is envisaged that some of the outputs from the outreach programme be will made available online through this digital resource.
Applicants are required to register, obtain and submit their tender documents via the County Council’s tendering portal, In-Tend (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire).
The documents will be available to download until 24/8/2011. The deadline for electronic receipt of completed tender documents is 2pm on 25/8/2011.
This programme is funded by the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council through their Renaissance funding stream.
