I intend to pay within four months from 24 August 2011 (being the last day for proving) the first and final dividend of 9.2 p/£.
Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must do so by 24 August 2011 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend. The required proof of debt form is available on the Insolvency Service website (www.insolvency.gov.uk, select “Forms” and then form 6.37).
