NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Gosport Borough Council for a premises license under Section 16 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Indoor sporting events – Mon – Sun 08.00 – 23.00. Boxing or wrestling entertainment – Mon – Sun 08.00 – 23.00. Live Music – Mon – Sun 0800 – 23.00. Recorded Music – Mon – Sun 0800 – 23.00. Performance of Dance – Mon – Sun 0800 – 23.00. No alcohol will be supplied.
A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below. A responsible authority or interested party wishing to make presentation on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Environmental Services unit, Town Hall, High Street, Gosport, PO12 1EB by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONCIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
