Hampshire County Council will be inviting tenders from experienced and established grounds maintenance contractors for a term Framework Agreement which will include grounds maintenance on multiple and single sites for educational and non-educational establishments; Rights of way vegetation clearance together with maintenance/installation of generic ‘furniture’ eg gates, benches
The Framework will be accessible (by agreement) by County, District, Unitary, Town and Borough Councils, together with Police and Fire Services, third sector organisations and other public bodies within South East England http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Dl1/ Directories/Localcouncils/DG_4003647
Firms interested in being considered for invitation to tender should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire) and complete and return the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire by Friday 5th August 2011(Please note it is necessary to log in a second time to obtain the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire).
It is intended to issue successful applicants with tender documents during August 2011, with a contract commencement date of 1st January 2012.
