Tender for Housing Support and Social Care Provision in Eastleigh, Hampshire
Hampshire County Council requires delivery of Housing Support and Social Care Services for 4 extra care schemes in the Eastleigh area, Hampshire. This Tender will be for a single lot and will result in one contract.
The Services will be required on site 24 hours a day and must be designed to respond flexibly to people’s assessed needs whilst enabling them to retain their independence and their “own front door” .
The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to extend for a period or periods not exceeding two years in total. The contract value will be around £2,705,168.57 for three years. If the option to extend for 2 years is exercised the total contract value will be around £4,508,614.29. Anticipated contract commencement will be 1st June 2012 TUPE may apply.
