Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

We Wadworth & Company Limited is hereby give notice that we have applied on 27 July 2016 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as The St James Tavern, 3 Romsey Road, Winchester, SO22 5BE.

The application is for:

The removal of ladies toilets and lobby walls to extend bar area and relocate gents' toilets to new location with the introduction of ambulant facilities on ground floor.

The removal of wall between bedrooms to create a private meeting/function room and relocate ladies toilets on first floor.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of legal Services, Winchester City Council, City offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ to arrive by 23 August 2016. Details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
