EXPLOSIVES REGULATIONS 2014
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Explosive Regulations 2014 an application has been made by Solent Gateway Limited to the Local Authority under the Regulations, that is Hampshire County Council Trading Standards Service, Culture Communities and Business Services at Montgomery House, Monarch Way, Winchester for their ASSENT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EXPLOSIVES SITE LICENCE AT the Sea Mounting Centre Marchwood, Southampton in the county of Hampshire. The Local Authority has directed that a copy of the Site Licence (as approved by the Health and Safety Executive), together with a plan of the proposed installation and its location, be deposited at Hampshire County Council Trading Standards Service, Culture Communities and Business Services, Montgomery House, Monarch Way, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 5PW. They may be inspected by prior appointment by any persons interested on Monday to Friday between the hours of 0900 and 1630 (bank holidays excepted). Appointments may be made during office hours by telephone to (01962) 833620.
Any person or persons intending to object to the application and to the assent to the licence must, by 23 August 2016, send to Hampshire County Council Trading Standards Service, Culture Communities and Business Services, Montgomery House, Monarch Way, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 5PW, a notice of their intention to appear and object, together with their name, address and calling and a short statement of the grounds for their objection.
