NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE] (ENGLAND)ORDER 2015
Proposed development at the rear of 22 Highcliffe Road, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 0JE I give notice that Springfield Properties have applied to Winchester City Council for the demolition of the existing disused garages at the rear of 22 Highcliffe Road and the construction of a new single dwelling and any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make
representations about this application, should write to the
Winchester City Council by 21st July 2016.
*'owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold
interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years,
or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working
of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral of the land
(otherthan oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
**'tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of
which is comprised of the land.
