I Vanessa Wills hereby give notice that I have applied on 8.6.16 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Stables At Black Hedges Farmhouse, Lynch Lane, WestMeon, Petersfied, Hampshire, GU32 1JH.
The effect application is for: Sale of Alcohol and Regulated Entertainment. Provision of alcohol and DVD's for holiday cottage. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 5.7.16 details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
