We Meon Valley Cider Ltd hereby give notice that We have applied on 24th May 2016 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Unit 4, Brocklands Farm, West Meon, Hampshire GU32 1JN.
The application is for: Sale of Alcohol: Distrubution of Alcohol from internet and telephone sales for consumption offpremises.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 22/6/16; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will betaken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
