Grant of Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence*
We Bishop's Waltham Festival Ltd hereby give notice that We have applied on 16th May 2016 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Bishop's Waltham Palace and adjoining field, Winchester Road, Bishop's Waltham, Hampshire SO32 1DQ. The application is for: Sale of Alcohol and regulated entertainment. Three days of events including Theatre, Music, Family entertainment and Film from 15th to 17th July 2016.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 13th June 2016; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations receivedandtheapplicants'commentswillbetakenintoaccountindetermining theapplication.Relevantrepresentationswillbeforwardedtotheapplicantand published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
