has
grant of a new premises licence
Snder the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an
application for a new premises
licence, to reflect the reconfigured
site and perimeter line, with a proposed new capacity level of
59,999 (previously 49,999) for the Festival. All other permitted hours,
activities and conditions proposed
are the same as the current premises licence. Premises licence (number PREM655-15/00571/LAPMV) will be
surrendered upon satisfactory
conclusion of this new premises
licence application. To permit sale of
alcohol (to be consumed on site
only) 24 hours a day for the duration
of the Festival. To permit plays and
films from 10:00h on theThursday of
the Festival until 04:00h the following
Monday of the Festival. To permit live music on Sunday and Thursday of the Festival from 10:001, until 00:00h and from I0:00h until 04:00h the follow-
ing morning on the Friday and Saturday of the Festival. To permit
recorded music and performance of
dance on Thursday and Friday of the
Festival from I0:00h until 00:00h and
from I0:00h until 04:00h the follow-ing morning on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the Festival (by silent disco only between 00:00h and 04:00h on Monday). Late night refreshment to be permitted from 23:00h until 05:00h the following morning Thursday to Sunday. Any
detail shown on the plan that's not required by the licensing plans
regulations is indicative only and
subject to change at any time. Representations to this application
must be made in writing, by end of 26 May 20I6, to the Winchester
City Council Licensing Authority at City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, S023 9LJ where the
register of licensing applications
can be inspected during office hours
and/or at www.w nchester.gov.uk
It is an offence on summary
conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the
