VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE Lainston House Hotel, Stockbridge Road, Sparsholt, Winchester

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
WE Lainston House Hotel, hereby give notice that we have applied on Thursday 3rd March 2016 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Lainston House Hotel, Stockbridge Road, Sparsholt, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 2LT The application is for :
1. To increase the operating hours for an on licence of the premises from 1000 hours - 0200 hours, Monday to Sunday inclusive.

2. To amalgamate the premises licence in respect of the Barn into the main licence for the premises.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this consultation reset from 20th April 2016 should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ to arrive by 17th May 2016 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
