LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)

Notice is hereby given that The City Pub Company (West) Plc has applied to Winchester City Council on 7 April 2016 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Alfies, 157 High Street Winchester SO23 9BA to vary the terminal hour for opening hours and recorded music to 03:20, for all other licensable activities (excluding live music) to 03:00, to vary the layout of the premises and to replace and amend existing conditions. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices Colebrook Street Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 5 May 2016 i.e. within 28 days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. A Register of Applications can be inspected at the City Offices during normal opening hours and details are also available at www.winchester.gov.uk/licensing.
