Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence

I Onismas Muchenje, hereby give notice that I have applied on 02/04/16 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Club Premises Certificate for the premises known as: Micheldever Stores, Church Street, SO21 3DG.
The application is for sale of alcohol/regulated entertainment/late nightrefreshment.
As a convenient shop would want to include the sale of alcohol for public convenience and entertainment within our opening hours 06.00 - 23.00. Date 02/04/16.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 2/5/16; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
