NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: 5 and The Flat, East Street, Alresford, Hampshire SO24 9EE
Take notice that application is being made by: Mr and Mrs I Scammell is applying to Winchester City Council for planning permission: To change of use of ground floor to provide two retail units (Class A1) and two residential units (Class C3), part removal and construction of new internal walls and installation of two staircases; provision of external door and railings at first floor level. Any owner of the land who wished to make representations about this application should write to Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
