EASTER HOLIDAY WEEKEND
The Council's customers are advised that the Municipal Buildings and all Council offices will be closed for business purposes on Friday 25 and Monday 28 March 2016. The Customer Service Centre will close to the public at 4.30 p.m. on Thursday 24 March 2016 and re-open on Tuesday 29 March 2016 at 8.45 a.m. In addition, the following information in relation to specific services should be noted:-
REGENERATION AND ENVIRONMENT Environmental and Commercial Services
Cleansing, refuse collection and disposal services will operate as usual during the holiday weekend. Recycling Centres are open as normal.
Roads and Lighting faults can be reported by contacting the out of hours service on 0800 373 635.
Burial Grounds and Crematorium
The Crematorium and Cemeteries office will be closed on Friday 25 and Monday 28 March 2016. There will be access to all cemeteries and to the Garden of Remembrance but NOT to the Book of Remembrance. However, the Book of Remembrance may be viewed online by logging onto www.inverclyde.gov.uk
The crematorium and cemeteries will operate as normal on Saturday 26 March 2016 from 8.00 a.m. until 12 noon.
Registration Service (Births, Deaths and Marriages)
The Registration Office located at the Customer Contact Centre, Municipal Buildings, Greenock will be closed on Friday 25 and Monday 28 March 2016.
If there is a need for an emergency registration please contact the Council's out of hours service (719999), the Police (101) or a local undertaker for further advice.
EDUCATION, COMMUNITIES AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Community Halls
Lets which have been deemed as an essential service will operate as normal. All park, pitches and school lets will be closed.
Libraries and Museum
All Inverclyde Libraries and the McLean Museum will be closed on Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Monday 28 March 2016.
On Wednesday 23 March, Libraries will open as follows:
? Central Library - 9.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

? South West Library - 10.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.

? Inverkip & Wemyss Bay Library - CLOSED

? Gourock, Port Glasgow, Kilmacolm and Watt Libraries - 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PARTNERSHIP
Social Work Services will be closed.
