LICENSING ACT 2003: Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Everyman Media Limited applied to Winchester City Council on 25 February 2016 for a full variation of the premises licence at Everyman Winchester, Southgate Street, Winchester, Hampshire S023 9DY so as to (1) Remove, add and vary conditions on the licence (2) Add the licensable activity of late night refreshment between 11pm and 2am Mon-Sun (3) Extend the permitted hours for the showing of films between 9am and 2am Mon-Sun (4) Extend the permitted hours for the retail sale of alcohol between 10am and 1am Mon-Sun (5) on such terms and conditions as set out in the application form. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 24 March 2016 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Department, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9LJ. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.winchestergov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representa­tions by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence, and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000
