Licensing Act 2003 Premises Licence*

We AMSRIC FOODS LIMITED hereby give notice that We have applied on 19TH February 2016 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: KFC, 47 Upper Brook Street Winchester Hants SO23 8DG. The application is for: Late Night Refreshment 23.00 hours to 04.00 Fridays and Saturdays

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by (Date**) Mon 21st March 2016; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into accountin determining theapplication. Relevantrepresentations will be forwarded to the applicantand published on the Council's website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
