Notice of Application for the Variation of a Club Premises Certificate Licensing Act 2003

I, Paul Thomas Robert Soulsby, hereby give notice that I have applied on 01/02/2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Club Premises Certificate for the premises known as: The Dark Cellars Limited, 11A Parchment Street, Winchester, SO23 8AT. The application is for sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 3.03.16; details of representations received will beforwarded tothe applicants toenable them tocomment The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
