 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence - Licensing Act 2003

We, Graze Festival Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied on 3rd December 2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Humphrey's Farm, HazeleyRoad, Twyford, Hampshire SO211QA.

The application is for Regulated Entertainment-the Provision of plays, provision of films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance - one day annually (August Bank Holiday Sunday for 2016 to 2020), from 1100 to 2300.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by Thursday 7th January 2016 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment.

The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicantand published on the Council's website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
