The Planning (hazardous Substances) Act 1990 The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 6) Notice of Application For Hazardous Substances Consent
I give notice that HBS Fuel & Gas Supplies Ltd is applying to the Test Valley Borough Council for additional storage of liquefied petroleum gas at Thirt Way, Martins Lane, Chilbolton, Stockbridge, Hants, SO20 6BL.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the site address during reasonable office hours until the 27th November 2015.
Anyone who wishes to make representation about the application should write to the Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hants, SP10 3AJ by
the 27th November 2015.
