LICENSING ACT 2003-NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that the Oakleaf Pub Company Limited has submitted a licence application to Portsmouth City Council. The application is for a new licence at the premises known as Florist, 324 Fratton Road Portsmouth P01 5JX. (NB: The premises were previously licensed under ref16700010/LAPREM). The application proposes the provision of live and recorded music and similar, supply of alcohol and late light refreshment. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to Licensing Section, Civic Offices Guildhall Square Portsmouth Hants P012AL no later than 14 October 2015. The full application, including the hours of operation, may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council's website, www.portsmouthcc.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
