NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE Act 1925
Any person having a claim against or An interest in the Estate of Peter Lawrence late of Cedars Nursing Home, North Common Lane, Landford, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP5 2EJ who died on 16 April 2015 is required to send particulars thereof to the undernamed solicitors no later than 2 calendar months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice, and will not, in respect of the property so distributed, be liable to anyperson of whose claim he shall not have had notice.
