I, Rachel Gibson, hereby give notice that I have applied on 04/08/2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Wine Utopia Warehouse, Unit B1, The Foundry, London Road, Kings Worthy, Winchester SO23 7QN. The application is for: Sale of alcohol. Wine Utopia Independent Wine Merchant - new retail outlet selling wines and beers for consumption off the premises.
