Licensing Act 2003 Club Premises Certificate
I, John Brooks, hereby give notice that I have applied on 22nd July 2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Club Premises Certificate for the premises known as:
Hursley Masonic Hall, Main Road, Hursley, Winchester SO21 2JY
The application is for: Sale of Alcohol
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to; Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9Ll, to arrive by 20th August 2015; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
