TRUSTEE ACT 1925-SECTION 27 NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 (Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Robert Arthur James
Oram of Diplands Court, St Mary Bourne, Hampshire, SP11 6AP who died on 1st October 2013, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Executors, John Michael Stuart Oram and Richard John Bannister Pocock c/o Excelsior Solicitors Limited at 93 Munster Road, London, SW6 5RG and to send such particulars no later than 14 September 2015 after which date the Executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable toanypersonofwhoseclaimthey shall not then have had notice.
